HR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL LAUNCH
The County Assembly of Kitui marked the launch of its human resources manual and Code of Conduct and Ethics for the County Assembly Service in a colorful event on Thursday 21st of October, 2021 at the Agricultural Training Center Kitui. The event was spearheaded by the Clerk of Assembly Mr. E.M.A. Mutambuki alongside his deputy Ms. Lucy Waema.
The HR policies and procedures manual will be an important document for guiding and regulating the relationships between the employer and employees of the County Assembly of Kitui. It is aimed at providing guidelines that shall govern the optimal utilization of the County Assembly’s human resources, issuance of clear instructions, fairness and equity in reward systems among other objectives.
